Introducing Littlite LDC Dimmer ControllerOctober 16, 2009Littlite, LLC is pleased to announce the availability of their LDC line of dimmer controller accessories.
The LDC can be used as a stand alone accessory or be built into any L-series Littlite lampset to provide dimming control for incandescent and LED lights and enable operation on 12-28 VDC. Any combination of incandescent and LED Littlite products can be connected to the LED and controlled from a single dimmer.
The LDC 1 and LDC 2 are housed in Littlite’s familiar 1” x 3” metal chassis. The LDC 3 circuit board is available as an installation and OEM product. All Littlite L-series lampsets can be special ordered with the LDC in place of the standard dimmer on low and high intensity lampsets or the three-way switch on the LED models.

We've been busy here in Hamburg, Michigan. . .take a look at this list of new Littlite products! Must be the new coffee maker.
L-7 Series - Just like our regular lampsets only the gooseneck is mounted on the end and lays flat when not in use. Great for vertical mounting applications, like a headboard reading lamp, maybe? HMMM?
MS Series - Finally a music stand light that doesn't have to sit on top of the stand looking all pokey and stuff. Slide our light on the side of your stand (works with flat-sided stands such as the standard-issue Manhasset), put the dimmer or switch where you can reach it and still be able to see that guy waiving the stick. Dare we say. . a serious light for a serious musician??
LA Series - A nice little item for a flush mount installation. Great for podiums, conference tables, workstations, etc. Detachable T-Series gooseneck can be stored when not in use and features a locking hood to prevent lost hoods and bulbs. Also available with a permanently attached gooseneck upon special request.
L-8 Lampsets - Our usual lampset with a detachable TNC gooseneck. The TNC connector holds the gooseneck firmly in place on a slanted or vertical surface.
T-series - You guessed it, a series of TNC goosenecks that will work with our PS-T panel socket and enable you handy folks to install a nifty detachable gooseneck anywhere you want.

It's no secret that people are searching for ways to conserve energy. Whether the motivation is lower energy bills, a softer impact on the environment or both, a more thoughtful approach to energy use is just good practice.
Littlite is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, our WXF and WXF-10 wall plug power transformers will be replaced with our GXF-10 wall plug switching power supply. The GXF-10 offers several advantages over the old transformers.
Improved energy efficiency:
Our switching power supply does not consume much power when the lampset is powered down.
Smaller profile:
The GXF-10 is small and uses only one space on a power strip.
Lighter weight:
Our GXF-10 weighs much less than the WXF/WXF-10.
Improved connector:
The GXF-10 attaches to the lampset via a 2.1mm connector making it easier to disconnect and stow away.
Littlite offers several new cable accessories including:
WYE - Connects two lamps to one GXF-10.
PYE - Connects four lampsets to one GXF-10. (Not recommended for High Intensity models)
EXT - Six-foot extension cord.
BA - Adapter to power a lampset from a BNC type lamp outlet.
GAD - Adapter to connect GXF-10 to an old style lampset.
Our export models will include the EXF-10G power supply in place of the EXF transformer. The EXF-10G provides the same features as the GXF-10.

The Stowlite is the newest addition to our automotive series. Let's face it, vehicles are getting smaller and smaller and not everyone needs a long, bulky task light for the occasional quick looky-see.
Designed as a temporary auxillary lamp, the Stowlite is bright enough to illuminate the task at hand without the glare or heat of a halogen lamp and it's small enough to fit in map pockets, stowage bins and glove compartments when not needed.
Perfect for RV's, late-night tailgate parties, exterior trailer entertainment centers or, shucks, any place with a 12-volt cigarette plug.

ATTENTION MIDAS VENICE OWNERS!June 10, 2005
You own a great console and when you decide to add a Littlite or two, remember that if you opt for the new LED version, you'll need to contact us for the "Venice Version"
The configuration of the XLR panel sockets on the console require a specially modified Littlite LED. This is not a wiring issue, just a simple modification to the orientation between the XLR connector and the hood.
Although not listed in our catalog or price list, the model numbers for these Venice specific Littlites are:
12X-4-LED-180
18X-4-LED-180
Give us a call at 888 548-8548 and we will work with your local dealer to get you the correct Littlite!
PS. Those of you who wish to connect a Littlite to a Schwinn Orange-Crate 5-Speed bicycle, we haven't tackled that one yet.
