HOT PEPPER JELLY 

1/3 c. hot peppers
1 1/3 c. bell peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 box Sure-Jell
8-10 drops of red or green food coloring

Clean and seed peppers. Grind peppers in food processor. Boil peppers, sugar and vinegar for about 6 minutes. Add Sure Jello and food coloring. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
